Tort Liability and Reform - As introduced, reduces from 60 to 45 days the period by which a governmental entity or employee may answer or respond to a claim, action, or suit brought under the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act; reduces from 60 to 45 days the period by which such a claim, action, or suit is deemed denied if at the end of such period the governmental entity or its insurer fails to approve or deny the claim. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 20; Title 28; Title 29 and Title 66.
