Drugs, Prescription - As introduced, extends from 10 to 14 days the period following receipt of notice from the board of pharmacy within which an owner or person in possession of drugs or devices that have been deemed misbranded or adulterated must request a show cause hearing before the board on the applicability of the adulterated drug or device statute. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 53; Title 56 and Title 71.
