Local Education Agencies - As enacted, authorizes LEAs to extend career and technical education (CTE) class sizes and averages for CTE classes in grades 6-8; prohibits the CTE classes in grades 6-8 from exceeding the maximum class size and average set for general education classes in grades 7-12. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1.
