Uniform Commercial Code - As introduced, increases, from 10 to 11 days, the time a merchant has to provide a written notice of objection to a writing or record that confirms a contract between the recipient and another merchant before the writing or record is considered sufficient to satisfy the statute of frauds under the Uniform Commercial Code. - Amends TCA Title 47.
