Children - As enacted, adds to the factors considered by a court when making child custody determinations evidence of physical or emotional abuse to the child or to any other person; requires judges involved in child custody proceedings to complete training that is provided by certain persons with experience in assisting survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, or child sexual abuse, and that relies on evidence-based research by recognized experts; prohibits ordering certain reunification treatment. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 37.
