Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, requires the juvenile court to transfer a child to the sheriff of the county to be held according to law and dealt with as an adult in the criminal court if the child is charged with an offense involving theft of a firearm or a felony offense involving the use of a firearm and the child was 14 or older at the time of the alleged conduct . - Amends TCA Title 37.
