Victims' Rights - As introduced, expands the definition of crime for purposes of determining who is a victim entitled to constitutional and statutory victims' rights to include a violation of an order of protection, restraining order, or no contact order. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 13; Title 39 and Title 40.
