Human Services, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the commissioner to conduct a study on factors impacting child care availability for working families and submit a report of findings to the chair of the health and welfare committee of the senate, the chair of the health committee of the house of representatives, and the legislative librarian on or before December 31, 2024. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 37; Title 39; Title 49; Title 68 and Title 71.
