Public Contracts - As introduced, prohibits a state or political subdivision from entering into a contract with a company to acquire goods unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not identified on the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List published by the United States department of homeland security. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 12 and Title 54.
