Tobacco, Tobacco Products - As introduced, prohibits generally the sale of tobacco products to a person born on or after January 1, 2007; allows for two exceptions to the prohibition of selling tobacco products to a person born on or after January 1, 2007; prohibits the sale of tobacco products in vending machines. - Amends TCA Title 1 and Title 39.
