Health Care - As introduced, prohibits physicians from prescribing, administering, or dispensing medication for, or otherwise treating, themselves, immediate family, and other specified individuals except for specified or emergency situations; prohibits a physician's supervisee from prescribing, administering, or dispensing medication for, or otherwise treating, the physician or the physician's immediate family except for emergency situations. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 39; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68.
