County Officers - As enacted, requires a court to place a constable on administrative leave pending a preliminary hearing, instead of until the conclusion of the criminal prosecution, if the constable is indicted or formally charged with a misdemeanor involving gambling or moral turpitude or a felony; requires a court to place the constable on administrative leave until the conclusion of the criminal prosecution if the court finds probable cause that the constable committed the crime. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 10.
