Campaigns and Campaign Finance - As enacted, authorizes the county administrator of elections to email assessment letters to candidates and political campaign committees for local public office when the administrator discovers that a campaign finance report has not been filed by the candidate or political campaign committee. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10.
