Driver Licenses - As introduced, exempts minors from fees for hardship licenses; exempts persons over 18 from fees for issuance and renewal of noncommercial licenses upon submission of documentation showing the person's income falls below the federal poverty level. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.
