Traffic Safety - As introduced, requires the department of transportation to establish and administer a student pedestrian protection grant program; under certain conditions, authorizes grants to be awarded to local governments for designing, constructing, and repairing sidewalk infrastructure around public schools. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49; Title 54 and Title 55.
