Professions and Occupations - As enacted, generally prohibits certain licensing boards for professions, including medical professions, from using a vague term in their consideration and their notice or decision for denying a license due to a prior criminal prosecution unless an explanation is provided of how the prior conviction directly relates to the applicable profession, if such prior conviction serves as a basis for the licensing authority's consideration and notice or decision. - Amends TCA Title 62 and Title 63.
