Health Care - As introduced, expresses the intent that the department of finance and administration, in coordination with the departments of health and mental health and substance abuse services, give priority to efforts that facilitate the expansion of a health care safety net to the uninsured that also supports federally designated rural health clinics using a sliding fee scale payment model. - Amends TCA Section 71-5-148.
