Election Laws - As enacted, disqualifies an administrator of elections from serving as administrator if the administrator qualifies as a candidate for public office; requires the administrator to be recused from official duties at least 30 days prior to an election in which an immediate family member of the administrator is on the ballot; clarifies that an administrator who is recused from official duties does not receive compensation during the recusal. - Amends TCA Title 2.
