Human Rights - As introduced, increases, from 10 days to 10 business days, the time period from receipt of a complaint of a discriminatory practice having been committed in which the human rights commission must serve on the complainant a notice acknowledging the filing of the complaint and informing the complainant of the respondent's time limits and choice of forums, and the time period within which the commission must furnish the respondent with a copy of the complaint and a notice advising the respondent of the respondent's procedural rights and obligations. - Amends TCA Title 1; Title 4; Title 7; Title 8; Title 13; Title 40; Title 49; Title 56; Title 57; Title 63; Title 65 and Title 68.
