Criminal Offenses - As introduced, enacts "Brittany's Law," which creates the Class B misdemeanor of knowingly failing to seek medical assistance for an individual who the person knows or reasonably should know is experiencing a drug-related overdose; authorizes the sentencing court to order the defendant to complete a clinical substance abuse assessment and participate in any available substance abuse treatment program. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 53 and Title 63.
