Children's Services, Dept. of - As introduced, changes, from March 1 to March 15 of each year, the date by which the department is required to appear before the judiciary committee of the senate and the civil justice committee of the house of representatives to review the department's policies, protocols, procedures, and any other provisions that affect the children served by the department. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 10; Title 16; Title 24; Title 33; Title 34; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41; Title 49; Title 68 and Title 71.
