Consumer Protection - As enacted, exempts an affiliate of a business licensed under state insurance laws and a person or entity providing certain service contracts, or an affiliate of the person or entity, from requirements governing businesses that make automatic renewal offers or continuous service offers to consumers. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 1 and Title 56.
