Public Records - As introduced, requires the office of open records counsel, in coordination with the department of safety and department of revenue, to develop and maintain a system to track bulk purchases of public records containing personal information from state motor vehicle records and authorized for release to purchasers of such information. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4, Part 6; Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5 and Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 2.
