Education - As introduced, removes language that incorrectly refers to the department of safety as the department of safety and homeland security in a provision that requires the department of safety, in collaboration with the department of education, to develop a school security assessment for use in Tennessee public schools. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 10, Chapter 7; Title 38 and Title 49.
