General Assembly - As enacted, adds certain exceptions to the prohibition that members of the general assembly may not bid on, sell, or offer for sale any service to a state entity or have a financial interest in the bid, sale, or offer for sale of any service to a state entity. - Amends TCA Section 12-4-103.
