Energy - As enacted, requires a political subdivision that imposes requirements or expectations related to the type of clean or renewable energy used by a public utility in an ordinance, resolution, or other regulation to include certain sources of energy as permissible sources of clean or renewable energy. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 13; Title 64; Title 65; Title 67 and Title 68.
