Economic and Community Development - As introduced, enacts the "Pigeon River Economic Recovery District Act," which allows a county that borders or is crossed by the Pigeon River to elect to be a "Pigeon River economic recovery district" for alternative sales and use tax revenue distribution and for allowing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at commercial enterprises within the boundaries of a Pigeon River economic recovery district. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 7; Title 57 and Title 67, Chapter 6.
