Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the mandatory period of confinement for the felony offense of evading arrest from 30 days to 90 days; increases the mandatory period of confinement for the felony offense of evading arrest from 60 days to 120 days if the offense creates a risk of death or injury to innocent bystanders, pursuing law enforcement officers, or other third parties; removes unlawful attempted arrest as a defense to the felony offense of evading arrest. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 16, Part 6.
