Law Enforcement - As introduced, changes, from February 1 to February 15 of each year, the date by which a community oversight board must submit a report to the chairs of the civil justice and criminal justice committees of the house of representatives and the judiciary committee of the senate that includes for the previous calendar year the number and nature of matters reported to the board, the number and nature of reviews conducted by the board, and the number and nature of advisory reports and recommendations issued by the board. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 9; Title 29; Title 38 and Title 39.
