Consumer Protection - As introduced, deems it an unfair and deceptive trade practice for a government agency to hold a membership in an organization that collaborates with, or is directly or indirectly sponsored by, manufacturers of medical products for which the agency is responsible for creating or implementing state policy. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 47, Chapter 18; Title 53 and Title 68.
