Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - As introduced, increases, from 90 to 95, the number of days before the date on which the Tennessee student assistance corporation anticipates that it will need to draw funds from the lottery for education accounts that the Tennessee student assistance corporation is required to provide notice to the general assembly, state treasurer, state funding board, and the Tennessee higher education commission. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 51 and Title 49.
