Foster Care - As introduced, requires the department of children's services to include in the permanency plan of a child who has been removed from the custody of the child's parent or guardian, due to drug abuse by the parent or guardian, the requirement that the parent or guardian submit to monthly drug testing prior to and for at least six months after the return of the child to the custody of the parent or guardian, to demonstrate that the parent or guardian is able to maintain a drug free lifestyle in order to provide a safe home for the child. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 37.
