Local Education Agencies - As introduced, makes various changes to the Tennessee Learning Loss Remediation and Student Acceleration Act, including changes to require LEAs and participating public charter schools to conduct summer learning camps and after-school learning mini-camps annually beginning in the summer of 2021, instead of only in the summers immediately following the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years; requires the department of education to issue guidance to assist LEAs and public charter schools in making retention decisions for students with a disability or suspected disability. - Amends TCA Title 49.
