Agriculture - As enacted, requires an amendment to the articles of incorporation of an agricultural or horticultural marketing cooperative association to change the name of the association or its principal place of business to be adopted if the appropriate notice of the meeting of the board of directors was given; changes the requirements for notice for a meeting held after failure to gain a quorum to vote on a proposed amendment; makes additional changes related to voting on amendments to an association's articles of incorporation. - Amends TCA Title 43.
