Human Services, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department to allocate any temporary assistance for needy families funds remaining unexpended at the end of a fiscal year to eligible after school programs in underserved communities to allow the programs to provide nutritious meals to enrolled students. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49 and Title 71.
