Expunction - As enacted, requires a court ordering the expunction of a person's public records of a criminal offense as a result of successful completion of a diversion program to include the person's state control number in the expunction order submitted to the Tennessee bureau of investigation. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32.
