Opioids - As introduced, prohibits a healthcare provider from prescribing a buprenorphine product unless the patient has first signed a copy of an informational document on the risks of buprenorphine use to pregnant women, unborn children, and infants; requires the department of health to make available on its public website the informational document within 90 days of the effective date of the act. - Amends TCA Title 53 and Title 63.
