Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the penalty, from a Class C misdemeanor to a Class B misdemeanor, for educational neglect of a child who is in poor academic standing; requires a petition filed with a juvenile court alleging educational neglect to state whether the child is in poor academic standing, - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
