Child Abuse - As introduced, adds, for purposes of juvenile court proceedings and termination of parental rights proceedings, certain offenses to those that constitute severe child abuse if the act was committed toward the child or there was a knowing failure to protect the child from the commission of the act toward the child. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 1 and Title 37, Chapter 1.
