Sentencing - As introduced, adds the offense of rape to the offenses for which a defendant is not eligible for probation under the Tennessee Criminal Sentencing Reform Act of 1989. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 35.
