Lobbying, Lobbyists - As introduced, requires a lobbyist to wear a badge displaying certain information while engaged in lobbying the general assembly; requires the Tennessee ethics commission to design and produce the badges and authorizes the commission to charge a lobbyist for the actual cost of producing the badge. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 6.
