Appeal and Review - As introduced, grants the district attorney general, in cases where a defendant has been sentenced to death and is seeking collateral or direct review of a conviction or sentence, exclusive control over the state's defense of the request for review, rather than the attorney general, and reimbursement for expenses incurred in connection with such matter. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
