Criminal Offenses - As introduced, decreases from 30 to 15, the number of days a law enforcement agency, after taking possession of a sexual assault evidence collection kit with the victim's name affixed to it, shall submit the kit to the Tennessee bureau of investigation or similar qualified laboratory for either serology or deoxyribonucleic acid testing. - Amends TCA Title 39.
