Courts, Juvenile - As enacted, requires the administrative office of the courts to submit a report, by October 1 of each year, listing each juvenile court, if any, that is not in compliance with quality statewide data collection requirements, including the dates of noncompliance and steps that could be taken to bring the court into compliance; requires the report to be submitted to the juvenile court judges of the courts that are not in compliance and the chairs of the judiciary committee of the senate and the civil justice committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 37.
