Election Laws - As introduced, requires county election commissions to include on the ballot for the November 2024 election a non-binding question related to the legalization of the sale, possession, and use of medical marijuana; requires the secretary of state to compile the results of the public policy opinion poll and forward the results to the members of the general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 2.
