Salaries and Benefits - As introduced, requires a full-time state employee's annual compensation to be sufficient to disqualify the employee for state supplemental benefit or public assistance programs, including, but not limited to, the temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) program, supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP), and TennCare program. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 30; Title 8, Chapter 50; Title 50 and Title 71.
