Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, specifies that an individual who has been a licensed insurance producer since January 1, 2004, rather than January 1, 1994, is not required to complete continuing education requirements for renewal of the insurance producer license. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 6.
