Human Rights - As enacted, requires the attorney general to conduct a review of the responsibilities and functions of the human rights commission and make a recommendation to the general assembly as to how the attorney general could assume the responsibilities and functions of the commission; requires the attorney general to submit its recommendations to the speaker of the house and the speaker of the senate no later than January 1, 2025. - Amends TCA Title 4; Section 8-50-103 and Section 68-1-113.
