Criminal Procedure - As enacted, expands the definition of "victim" for the purposes of restitution to include a reciprocal, as defined by current law, when the reciprocal has compensated a subscriber for loss incurred as a result of the offense to the extent that the reciprocal paid compensation to the subscriber. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 3.
