Bail, Bail Bonds - As introduced, reduces the offenses for which a defendant must be placed on a state or federal list as a fugitive for failure to appear in court from all felonies and Class A or Class B misdemeanors that are violent or sexual in nature to only felonies that are sexual or violent in nature. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 11.
